5 Stars Good price, good speed, no problems.
I read several reviews for different SD cards and I had some concerns regarding this card and XP. I got this card to put in my digital camera and I did not even have to format it. The card works great and I have not lost a single picture. I have never come close to filling up the card. I can take over 1500 pictures on medium resolution. My batteries will run out before I run out of memory.
The price was awesome.
2 Stars Does not work — and I am mad
I stored pictures on the card but my PC would not read them…something about USB 1 error.
I am not bothering to return for a refund because of the low price. By the time I get an RMA, wrap the item, pay for the postage — it is not worth the trouble. I tried to give the rating no stars but wasn’t able to.trans
Hope that Amazon will dump this vendor.
P.S. I am mad about losing some very good shots.

So far so good. No probs … don’t notice the speed being too slow. Overall, happy with the purchase.
1 Star I almost got rid of my camera because of this card.
I bought this card along with my Pentax Z10, thinking that I should get a good card to go with my brand new (however CHEAP) camera. Well, due to the fact that this at the time was a little more expensive then your typical SD cards, and my camera was a LOT cheaper then your typical point and shoot, I thought the reason for the grainy pictures was my camera. Especially since a few other people had complained about grainy pictures as well. As it turns out, it was this card. This super duper high speed card just got transformed into a flash memory card, because it works TERRIBLY as a card for your camera.

Only needed for my GPS device t store maps, waypoints, etc, so no need for extreme speed. So for the price, it was a great deal. No problems in the 2+ months I’ve had it.

4 Stars Useful for Higher Speed Devices - Full size limits future use.
Got this card for my Panasonic TZ3 Camera that required at least a 10MB/Sec write speed to maximize its frame rate speed capability in multi-shot and movie mode. It has worked fine for a year or more.
Note this Ultra speed(15MB/sec write rate) is only worth the extra cost if you have a device than can use it’s extra speed. Check your device manual for suggested mem card speed for best performance. Of course it will work with other slower devices as well, including devices that can use the new SDHC(SD High Capacity 4 to 32GB standard with guarandeed minimum speed Classes). Ultra’s SDHC class would be considered a Class 4 speed device, where SanDisk’s standard non-Ultra card would be a Class 2 slower speed device.
Most modern cameras and devices can use the higher speed of this Ultra card, but if you are buying it for an older camera with anticipation of needing its higher speed for your next device, you run a risk your newer device will be using a microSD card size instead. For this reason, it is better to by a microSD card with an adapter for use in your older device. Many micro cards come with this adapter.
I removed 1 star because of this cards full size, making it less flexible for use in ones future devices.

Go for the gusto and get this card instead of a 4 or 2 GB. I received the card right away and my pictures from Dolphin stadium were perfect. Well worth the price!!!! Didnt have to spend time deleting pictures had plenty of room for 200 with room to spare….

I use this card with my Canon SD1100 camera and it is very quick…
i just pop the card out of the camera and use my laptops built in card reader, get an average data transfer speed of 14mbps + …. which is impressive…

Be certain your camera is compatible with an “HC” memory card before ordering this product. It does not work in my 3 year old, 5 megapixel Minolta.

Bought this card about 2 months ago for my Leica D-Lux 3 and it works great! Heeding the warnings I read, I back it up frequently but haven’t had any memory issues whatsoever. The capacity is fantastic. Works really well for me!

5 Stars works as advertised and then some
This product does exactly what it says it does and very well. It’s easily portable and saves camera batteries. It also works perfectly after having gone through the wash in my pocket. (It seems I make a habit of sending electronics through the wash & spin cycles–see other reviews) Anyway, it’s kind of like a Swiss Army knife; it’s very handy and does what it’s supposed to do quite well.
2 Stars NOT Vista compatible for SDHC…
I ordered this reader even though it did not specifically list Windows Vista as a supported operating system. My mistake - it does not read SDHC cards when plugged into a machine using Vista Home Premium. Vista installs a driver that only allows it to read standard SD cards (which works fine, by the way). The driver cannot be updated and since this unit is designed for plug-n-play, there is no manufacturer driver to replace the Vista one. If you want a multi-card reader that will read SDHC cards on a Vista machine, look for another brand!

This is absolute garbage.
If there are more than 30 pictures or so, Not only does it not read the files, in fact the card becomes corrupt, and I lost my pictures. TWICE.
I threw it out right away…

This card reader is the perfect size to carry around anywhere. I would rather the caps be attached to the reader, but ehh, can’t have your cake and eat it too. Overall, good product and great price.

…it works; its under $3.00 and $2.00 shipping! $5.00 for a very convenient card reader that works. I’m using Windows XP Professional and it works great; can’t speak for other OS. Great deal. Amazon is definitely a great place to shop.
